Product Damaged in Shipping
Within 3 days of receipt of your purchased product, email a notification of shipping damage to email@example.com.
(Fulton Corporation will not assume responsibility for replacing the damaged product if not notified within 3 days after you receive the product.)
- Work with customer service to replace your damaged product at no cost.
(Please do not ship your product back to us, until you have received notification from Fulton Corp. to do so.)
Within 3 days of receipt of your purchased product, email a notification of return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
(Fulton Corporation will not authorize a return if not notified within 3 days after you receive the product.)
Fulton Corp will issue a Return Authorization Number (RGA)
Upon receipt of your RGA, ship the product (at your expense) back to Fulton Corp.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Fulton Corporation will issue a credit to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase
The credit will be for the original purchase price
• Minus the original shipping cost
• Minus a 20% restocking fee
Under normal circumstances, if no notification of return is given within 3 days after receipt of the product, Fulton Corporation will assume the transaction is final, satisfactory, and complete.
